We Offer affordable country lodging, nestled in a historic, working apple orchard. No matter the season, we provide a unique Vermont experience. With beautiful mountains and apple trees as your backdrop, our bakery just steps from your door, a pool for those toasty summer days, and trails that wind through the orchards, your time at our motel is never dull.

Our rooms are each decorated with their own individual, country charms. We offer free wi-fi, local tv, and in-room DVD players. Feel free to borrow a DVD from our library, local rental, or bring one from home. A couple of our rooms have a fireplace for those chilly winter nights.

Dogs are okay! We welcome your well-behaved pets with prior arrangements. There is a $5 additional charge and we do have a few rules. So if you are like us and hate to travel without your beloved furry pals, give us a call for details.
